1. Data Ownership

You own all form questions, responses, and submissions collected through FreeLumin. We do not sell your data or use your respondent data for advertising.

2. Information We Collect

We collect organizer email addresses for passwordless authentication via OTP. Respondent answers are collected on behalf of the form creator. Organizers can enable Anonymous Mode to prevent storing respondent IP addresses or user agents.

3. Data Security & Retention

All data is transmitted via HTTPS and stored in encrypted databases. Verification OTPs are hashed using SHA-256 before storage. Organizers can delete their forms or account at any time, which permanently purges all associated responses.
